Because of the materials and techniques required, internal window cleaning is a specialist service that we provide supplementary to our regular cleaning services. We can also take care of your exterior window cleaning, working to an agreed programme of periodic cleans using whatever specialist teams, techniques and equipment may be required. Our window cleaners are qualified to work at height using ropes, cradles, cherry pickers or scissor lifts.

A dedicated account manager
Every client is looked after by a dedicated Account Manager, who is supported by a Service Manager. They will ensure you receive a bespoke cleaning service, regardless of whether your office has an open or closed desk policy.
Monthly site audits
Your Account Manager will meet with you as often as you’d like, or at least once a month. They will also go the extra mile by providing you with a monthly site audit, as well as regular ideas for improvement on site.
Periodic cleaning
We have expanded our service offering to include periodic cleans, such as carpet and window cleaning. That means you get one invoice for all your services, one point of contact, all expertly managed by your Account Manager.
Highly trained team
We use Uhub, the go-to industry online training platform, to ensure all our front line colleagues receive regular training. By constantly developing their skills, we ensure you always get the skills and dedication you need from our teams.

Covid-19 policy

NuServe is a registered Living Wage service provider and will ensure that the window cleaning team is paid the real Living Wage.
Here at NuServe, we use a whole host of different tools for cleaning windows, from squeegees and cleaning solutions, to microfibre cloths to ladders for those hard-to-reach windows. Our outside window cleaning service also involves more advanced equipment like scissors lifts.
We recommend that internal windows are cleaned two to four times a year to keep them looking their best. However, we can provide this service on a more or less frequent basis. For external windows, it’s best if they’re cleaned every three to four months, though, again, we can offer this service as often as you’d like.
How much window cleaning costs depends on the size of the windows, how many there are and how easy they are to get to. Here at NuServe, we believe our window cleaning service is the most sustainable, ethical and innovative around. Consequently, our service isn’t the cheapest, but we do aim to give the most back — to you, to our people and to the environment.

Although it may seem like a simple job, windows are not cleaned during our routine cleaning services, as specialist techniques are needed to avoid streaks and smear marks.
External window cleaning
Our professional exterior window cleaning services use several specialist techniques and equipment tailored to the dimensions of your building, including abseiling, cherry pickers, and scissor lifts. This enables us to clean windows on high-rise buildings.
