Reaching what everyday cleaning leaves behind
Most buildings have not had anything above three metres touched since fit-out. Accumulated dust affects fire risk assessments, insurance positions and air quality, and it eventually falls. We survey the space, choose between reach systems and access equipment, and clear it without shutting your building down.

High level vacuum cleaning
Telescopic vacuum systems let us clean at height from ground level, with a camera head so we can see the surface before and after. There is no access equipment to erect, no floor area to cordon off and no working at height risk to manage. It is the fastest and least disruptive option for most internal high level dust removal, and it captures the dust through HEPA filtration rather than moving it around your building.
MEWP and access equipment cleaning
Some work needs hands on the surface. Scissor lifts give vertical reach across open floors, boom lifts give outreach over plant and racking, and mobile towers or podiums handle lower level work in tighter spaces. Our teams are trained and certificated for the equipment they operate, and we handle the survey, permits and method statements as part of the job rather than leaving them with you.
Steelwork, ductwork and building services
Structural steel, beams, purlins, cable trays, pipework and external ductwork all collect dust that your fire risk assessment will eventually flag. We clean them alongside high level lighting, sprinkler heads, detectors, vents and signage, so the whole zone is dealt with in one visit. Where internal ventilation systems need attention, we work to the relevant hygiene standards and provide before and after evidence for your records.
Acoustic panel and baffle cleaning
Acoustic baffles, rafts, wall panels and studio drapes are porous by design, and the wrong cleaning method destroys the sound absorption you paid for. We use dry methods with low suction and soft brush heads, never wet cleaning or anything that coats the surface. It is a service we deliver regularly across film, TV and performance venues where acoustic performance is not negotiable.
What our customers say
FAQs
We survey the space first, looking at height, floor loading, obstructions and what needs to be cleaned. Reach systems are quicker and less disruptive where dust removal is the objective. Access equipment is the right call where surfaces need contact cleaning or close inspection.
It depends on the environment. Production and warehouse spaces generate dust continuously and often warrant an annual or twice yearly programme. Offices and cultural venues can go longer. Your fire risk assessment and insurer may set the interval for you, and we will work to it.
Accumulated dust is combustible, so it appears on fire risk assessments and increasingly in insurance conditions. It also affects air quality, ventilation efficiency and the appearance of your building. Left long enough it falls, which usually means it lands on people, product or equipment.
Rarely. Reach systems need very little floor space, and where access equipment is required we phase the work zone by zone. Most of our high level work is done out of hours or at weekends so your building carries on as normal.
Yes. Our operatives hold the relevant certification for the equipment they use, and every job is covered by a site specific risk assessment and method statement. We arrange permits, rescue plans and any client inductions before we arrive.
Yes. Many clients build it into their ongoing service as a planned annual or biannual programme, which spreads the cost and means it never gets forgotten until an audit finds it.

Why trust NuServe
We survey before we quote
Different floors need different care. Our teams understand materials, finishes and maintenance cycles so we can apply the correct method to protect and improve your floors rather than risk damaging them.
We take the risk off your desk
Working at height carries real obligations. We handle the risk assessments, method statements, permits and operator certification, and we carry the insurance to back it. You get the evidence pack for your records without having to chase it.
We work around your building, not through it
Evenings, weekends and phased zones are normal for us. Most clients find their teams arrive to a building that looks the same as when they left it, except cleaner above head height and with photographs to prove the work was done.
